We cannot thank each of you enough for backing the club and your continuous support at Shawbridge, especially during this vital time and run-in to the end of the season.
Your generosity helped raise critical funds for CFC - thank you.
Eric Geldard, or Gelly, is considered a club legend! Most famously scoring the winning goal in the Lancashire Trophy Final in the 84/85 season. Gelly was part of a group that won three back-to-back leagues and this year they celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Lancashire Trophy win!
Gelly made 69 career appearances in blue, scoring a total of 17 goals for CFC.
A worthy winner!
Once again, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to you all for your support. We are proud to boast one of the largest home crowds in the league and together you have helped secure the club's future.
